1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a quote, request a color sample, apply for an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:
name and job title;
company name;
business email address and telephone number;
business and job-site addresses;
project details you choose to share, such as product type, quantity, color, timing, and any sketches, drawings, or photographs you send us.
Business records
If you go on to buy from us, we maintain records of your quotes, orders, invoices, payments, deliveries, and related correspondence. Those records are created through our normal sales process, not through the Site.
No payments are taken through the Site, and we do not collect or store payment card details online.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect:
IP address and approximate location derived from it;
browser type, operating system, and device type;
pages viewed, time spent, and referring page;
date and time of access.
We use this to understand how the Site is used and to keep it secure and working properly.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
respond to your quote requests, sample requests, and other inquiries;
prepare quotes and fabricate materials to your specifications;
process, fulfill, ship, and invoice orders;
provide customer and technical support;
manage credit accounts and collect amounts owed;
maintain records required for warranty, lien, tax, and code-compliance purposes;
operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
send you marketing communications about our products, where permitted and subject to your choices in Section 6;
comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies, and Framer’s built-in analytics, for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary. To operate the Site, keep it secure, and remember choices you make during a visit. These cannot be disabled through our Site.
Analytics. To measure aggregate Site traffic and usage, such as pages viewed, referring pages, and device type, so we can improve the Site. We use this information only in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you or to build advertising profiles.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place advertising tags on the Site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry-standard response to that signal, and the Site does not currently respond to it.

Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as web hosting, email delivery, freight carriers and delivery contractors, payment processing, accounting, and IT support. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
Manufacturers and suppliers. Where necessary to source material, register a manufacturer warranty on your behalf, or resolve a product issue.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others, including to investigate fraud or enforce our agreements.
Lien and collection matters. With attorneys, lien service companies, property owners, general contractors, and collection agencies as necessary to serve notices or pursue amounts owed under Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to the recipient honoring this policy for information transferred.
With your direction. When you ask us to, such as coordinating a delivery with your general contractor.
5. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Marketing communications and your choices
If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly. You may also opt out by emailing us at the address in Section 14.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages relating to an active quote, order, delivery, or account, which we need to send to do business with you.
Calls and texts. We call or text the number you provide only where you have given consent, as described in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing calls by telling us so. We keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out request. After you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about an active quote.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, warranty, and lien-related obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire Site, access controls that limit staff access to customer and business records, password-protected and multi-factor-authenticated business accounts, and regular software and security updates.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authority as required by Florida's information security law, section 501.171, Florida Statutes, and any other applicable law.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as a Social Security number or full payment card number, by email or through a Site form.
9. Your privacy rights
We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how much longer we expect to need.
Regardless of whether the law requires it, as a matter of practice we will, on request and subject to verification of your identity:
tell you what categories of personal information we hold about you;
provide a copy of that information;
correct information that is inaccurate;
delete information, where we are not required to retain it for tax, accounting, warranty, lien, contractual, or other legal purposes; and
remove you from marketing communications.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within [NUMBER, e.g. 45] days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
If a privacy law of another state or country applies to you and grants you additional rights, contact us and we will address your request as that law requires.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is a business site intended for trade professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites, including manufacturers, carriers, and code authorities. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Location of processing
We are located in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice, such as by email where we have your address.
